In the current regulatory framework, banks need to partner with other institutions to maintain their firepower and be able to answer clients' needs at all times. We work closely with other banks and NBFI (non-bank financial institutions) all over Europe, North America and Asia to provide our clients with strong underwriting capabilities and smooth and rapid execution.
We always remain a significant lender in the loans we arrange throughout the duration of the loan life, ensuring our clients always have the same contact point and giving us significant weight in the banking pool for all major decisions.
In North America, our strong franchise in securitization offers an alternative distribution channel.
